Maverik in Idaho is seeking a Lead Retail Team Member to support store operations, oversee shift duties, and ensure compliance with all sales and safety regulations. This full-time role offers starting pay of $15.52/hr - $17.52/hr and opportunities for career growth.

You will lead orientation and training, manage inventory, and run the register when needed, while delivering excellent customer service and preparing Maverik Bonfire items for display.

• Must be 21+ for this position.
• Flexible schedule due to 24/7 stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead orientation and training for team members, complete inventory reports, and run the register when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to Maverik customers.
• Prepare and display Maverik Bonfire food items following recipes.
