Costello’s Ace Hardware is looking for friendly, customer-oriented individuals to join our team in New York. You will open/close the store, assist customers, and ensure a neat, organized environment while following all policies.

Ideal candidates have retail sales experience, basic math skills, and a cooperative mindset. Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve a diverse customer base. This is an hourly position with weekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Retail math experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close registers and manage cash deposits.
• Assist customers and keep store organized and clean.
• Coach staff on inventory management and planograms.
• Execute daily operations and store priorities.
• Protect assets by following loss prevention procedures.
