- Recommend grocery items to customers and inform them of specials.

- Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise, ensuring availability of fresh products.
- Report product discrepancies to the department manager.
- Display a positive attitude and stay current with store promotions and ads.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers and maintain temperature logs.
- Reinforce safety programs, comply with safety procedures, and report unsafe conditions.
- Practice preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment and reporting repairs.
- Notify management of customer or employee accidents and report safety risks or illegal activities.
- Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
