Store Night Clerk (Finance)

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department and monitor all established quality assurance standards. Responsibilities include:

• Promote trust and respect among associates
• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and making suggestions about products
• Gain and maintain knowledge of products sold within the department
• Recommend grocery items to customers and inform them of specials
• Check product quality and review sell-by dates
• Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise
• Report product discrepancies and safety issues
• Maintain food safety and proper temperatures
