Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays and signage per corporate guidelines.
• Manages opening/closing store procedures including cash, doors, alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of all store associates and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Executes the market plan with signage and inventory integrity.
