Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signage, and seasonal updates per corporate guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing processes including cash handling, doors, and alarms for smooth daily operation.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates in policies, products, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plan with proper product placement and promotional materials.
