Serv-U-Success is hiring a Flex Store Representative to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, and support merchandising across Walker, Hudsonville, Grandville, and surrounding stores. The role requires travel within a defined territory and the ability to work 9:00pm–5:00am shifts, including weekends.

The position offers full-time hours (40/week), a competitive hourly wage up to $20 with experience-based premiums, and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage,

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a must in a retail environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel within a defined territory.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate product, and set up displays at multiple store locations.
• Travel between Walker, Hudsonville, Grandville and other stores within a territory.
• Contribute to merchandising, planogram execution, and product rotation.
• Maintain backroom organization and ensure accurate product movement to sales floor.
• Engage with store staff and customers to provide excellent service.
• Operate with a strong safety mindset and use store equipment properly.
