Serv-U-Success is hiring a Store Representative for night shift to ensure shelves are stocked, displays set, and stores are customer-ready. You’ll work hands-on in stores, supporting merchandising, project execution, and operations across multiple locations within a defined area.

The role requires a full-time commitment with evening and weekend availability, travel as needed, and a focus on teamwork and customer service to drive quality store experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned (if needed), both in the local pod and the wider region.
• Depending on the specific position, a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a DMV check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
