Job summary

Serv-U-Success in Cincinnati, OH is looking for a Store Representative to join our team. This full-time role (40 hours/week) offers up to $18/hour based on experience, with a schedule of Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday from 6:00am to 2:00pm.

You will stock shelves, set displays, and support merchandising and store operations. You’ll greet customers, provide excellent service, and collaborate with Store Managers and teammates to complete daily priorities while using time-tracking

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift; lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and in-store assignments.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Help with store operations and communicate with Store Managers and teammates.
• Use technology to track time and report completed work.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
