Serv-U-Success is hiring a Store Representative in Ohio for a part-time, day-shift role (7:00am–3:30pm). Availability on weekdays and weekends is required.

You will stock shelves, set displays, and assist customers in store operations while collaborating with store leadership and teammates. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and hands-on merchandising, with training provided and a supportive, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer‑ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in‑store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
• Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high‑quality work.
