Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are properly highlighted, following corporate guidelines for resets and seasonal updates.
• Manages opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring everything is in place for daily operation.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Helps oversee daily activities of store associates and their performance.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Executes market plan by arranging products and signage per corporate guidelines and updating promotions.
