Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures for receiving, unloading, pricing, and stocking products, ensuring quality and proper rotation.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations on weights, measures, and labeling.
• Greet customers and take their orders.
• Prepare meat and seafood products as required for the day.
• Use safety practices and proper equipment, including mesh gloves when handling knives.
• Assist in inventory preparation and back stock management.
• Support other departments as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not currently include supervisory duties.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED, with at least 2 years of retail experience or equivalent education and experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly rate at $15.00, up to $22.00. Benefits include health, dental, vision, flexible spending, disability, life insurance, 401(k), scholarships, discounts, and more.
