Connectivity Source |T-Mobile Authorized Retailer in Augusta, GA is seeking a proactive Store Manager to lead a busy wireless retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast‑growing environment.

You will coach staff daily, maintain store standards, recruit and retain top talent, and drive sales through local marketing, events and outstanding service. We offer bonuses, automatic raises, health benefits, PTO and a 401(k) with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Able to stand for long periods in a retail store.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
