Job summary

Afognak Native Corporation is hiring Store Sales Associates for Brown Jug stores in Anchorage and Eagle River. You will provide excellent customer service, process POS transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized. Flexibility to work varied retail hours is required.

Must be 21+ with a helpful, friendly attitude. Alcohol Server Card preferred; High School diploma or equivalent preferred; first-aid training a plus.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Alcohol Server Card preferred.
• Retail or beverage sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Complete customer transactions on the Point-of-Sale (POS) device, including payment
• Assist customers from store and/or offer car service when appropriate
• Stock shelves and cooler with product
• Help keep the store clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned
