About the Team:

The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As the Store Manager, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the exciting opportunity to spend time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

  • Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR team to address performance issues and policy violations.
  • Utilize your expertise in talent, brand, operations, and fan experience to ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, operational processes, and talent development.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating a sense of Care.
  • The ability to connect with people at all organizational levels and charm an audience.
  • Business acumen sharper than a diamond, with analytical skills to deliver positive results.
  • Talent in recruiting, retaining, and developing teams, including succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
  • Minimum age of 18, with proof of identity and work eligibility.
  • A flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
