Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Store Manager for Store 0676-Valley View Mall-ANN-Roanoke, VA. Lead customer and associate experiences, drive profitability, and maintain visual standards in this regular/full-time role.

You will coach the store team, oversee daily operations, and promote community partnerships while delivering exceptional customer service. 2+ years of retail or service industry leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
• Hospitable customer engagement and coaching associates to meet brand standards.
• Ability to drive store profitability through budgeting, payroll, and reporting.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

You'll bring to the role 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).

Pay Range: $45,280.00 - $54,340.00 USD
