What You’ll Do

With our growth plans, we seek a Store Manager to onboard and train in preparation to manage your own store. Candidates must be willing to relocate within our markets as new stores open in the area. During onboarding, you'll work with an experienced Store Manager to learn all aspects of store operations, preparing you to lead your own store.

You will set the store vision, drive continuous improvement, maximize sales, maintain standards, and motivate your team. Managing inventory, coaching staff, understanding local market dynamics, and driving commercial performance are key responsibilities.

What You’ll Bring

• Prior experience as a retail Store Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze reports and guide performance improvements.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and motivational leadership.
• Experience in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining store standards.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written, for instruction, coaching, and customer interaction.
• This role requires relocation within Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Minnesota, and Michigan as designated by Primark.

The pay range for this role is: $111,280 - $131,040. This estimate considers internal equity and may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
