Responsibilities

1. Learn Walgreens’ operations to lead full store operations, including front-end and pharmacy, and complete the accelerated development track to Store Manager.
2. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including shadowing and supporting team leadership.
3. Participate in training programs, certifications, and development plans to prepare for Store Manager responsibilities.
4. Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and support store team in service excellence.
5. Support operational tasks such as merchandising, inventory management, loss prevention, and compliance with laws and policies.
6. Analyze store performance data to develop improvement strategies and support business growth.
7. Learn people management skills, including training, coaching, and performance assessments.
8. Participate in communication and community engagement activities.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to accept a Store Manager position and transfer within the area if offered.
• PTCB Certification.
