Colliflower Inc/Randall Pressure Systems, a leading Parker Hannifin distributor of hoses and fittings, is seeking a motivated and bilingual Store Manager Trainee in our Geneva, IL location. Since 1951, we've been committed to exceeding expectations within the fluid connector industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to launch a rewarding career with Colliflower and get your foot in the industry. Education and training will include business operations, customer service, inventory, sales, product, hose assembly, facility management, and other areas of a Colliflower store.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries promptly and courteously
• Identify appropriate product solutions under the guidance of the Store Manager
• Address and resolve customer issues with managerial support
• Follow Colliflower’s Vision and Guiding Principles in all interactions
• Provide sales leads and participate in customer capture programs
• Complete Colliflower’s internal training programs within three months
• Promote all company products and services actively

Hose Assembly & Facility Management

• Assemble products and crimp hoses according to manufacturer’s recommendations under supervision
• Assist with waste and cost reduction efforts
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean store environment
• Support routine facility maintenance
• Handle deliveries, unpack, stock, and clean shelves
• Participate in inventory projects and manage stock levels
• Perform shipping and receiving duties

Administration

• Process sales transactions accurately
• Assist with recording invoices, stock transfers, and inventory levels
• Maintain accurate and timely timecard records
• Ensure confidentiality and security of intellectual property
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Skills

• Math skills, including reading tape measures and understanding metrics

Physical Requirements

• Lift, push, & pull up to 150 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and climb regularly
• Operate machinery and tools manually
• Work in a workshop environment with exposure to noise and odors
