Responsibilities
  • Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Inform customers of companion part requirements and promote our full product line.
  • Answer incoming calls and counter inquiries, providing price quotes and information.
  • Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing alignment.
  • Pull and fill orders from stock, notify managers of out-of-stock items, and handle special orders.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork flow and ensure parts are tagged with customer names and job numbers.
  • Follow department policies on special ordering and inventory replenishment.
  • Coordinate with vendors on back-ordered parts and returns.
  • Process payments and assist outside sales representatives.
  • Maintain professional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong computer and phone skills; proficiency in CDK is a plus.
  • Qualifications include a degree in automotive technology or military equivalent experience, bilingual abilities are a plus, at least 18 years old, valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass pre-employment screening.
