You will assist in recruiting, stock presentation, inventory management, and ensuring cash controls while upholding company policies and safety standards across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment preferred for external candidates.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit controls.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and perform basic calculations.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising according to practices and manager direction.
• Assist in all aspects of inventory management and store controls.
• Follow prescribed ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership and act as a role model for policies.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities and ensure safe cash handling.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and opportunities.
