The starting wage is $31.75 per hour with full-time hours (approximately 45 per week). First-year earnings can reach up to $105,500, including salary and bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead store personnel and achieve planned results.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to apply management principles to achieve goals and compliance expectations.
• Experience in retail management is encouraged and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure desired results; leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans using company-provided resources to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and makes recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including advancement and termination decisions as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and local regulations, while promoting safety and proper ergonomics.
