Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Education: High school diploma; Bachelor’s in Agricultural Science or Business preferred.

• Recruiting, hiring, developing, evaluating, disciplining, and retaining efficient team members.
