Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience is a plus.
• Experience in farming, ranching, pet/equine knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a store team to deliver Legendary Customer Experience.
• Manage daily store operations, scheduling, and team performance.
• Drive sales, manage inventory and shrink, and control expenses.
• Provide coaching and Training to team members for advancement.
• Communicate policies and processes across the store and with leadership.
