Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in the United States is seeking a Manager Trainee to learn and develop the skills needed for Store Manager responsibilities. You will focus on delivering Legendary Customer Experience, building a strong team, driving sales, and managing inventory and profit in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train across merchandising, scheduling, performance feedback, paperwork, and budgeting while working with district and regional leaders to ensure store success and community

Qualifications

• Retail experience or strong supervisory potential is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn store operations and manage daily team activities.
• Recruit, hire, and develop store teammates.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service and resolve issues.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and budgeting per policy.
• Collaborate with District/Regional managers to improve performance.
