Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 2+ years leadership or managerial experience.
• 2+ years retail grocery store experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with merchandising, staging, stocking, and pricing.
• Assist in all inventory management including damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Follow company procedures and policies.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure safety and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked stores and safe environment.
• Operate store in store manager’s absence.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and opportunities.
• Complete paperwork and documentation on time.
