Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties as described.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage store functions.
• Computer skills including reports, inventory, cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• English communication skills (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent service.
• Manage tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized, and well-kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service per guidelines.
• Implement fair management practices in hiring, training and coaching.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve complaints.
• Ensure safe, positive public image within the community.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and appraisals.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate timely with all site employees and managers.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals.
• Supervise reports, merchandising, and pricing accuracy.
• Ensure required employment posters are visible.
