Doc Holiday Pawn in Arlington, TX is seeking a Store Management Trainee with at least six months of store experience to fast-track into a Store Manager role. You will support daily operations, develop staff, and help drive customer satisfaction while learning financials and loss prevention.

This position offers an hourly wage of $10.00 to $14.00, plus commission on productivity and bonuses based on store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of Store Management experience or equivalent.
• Ability to supervise and train staff effectively.
• Strong cash handling and financial awareness.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-centric operations and address issues professionally.
• Assist in training staff to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open/close store and safeguard assets.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
• Review store finances and drive profitability through goals.
• Maintain operating standards and loan quality.
• Communicate store mission and achieve objectives.
• Stay current on product knowledge and policies.
• Support Store Manager as acting manager when needed.
