Job summary

Colliflower Inc. is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to learn the technical craft and operations needed to run a successful store.

You will rotate through hands‑on training in hydraulics, help with assembly work, and support daily store activities from inventory to customer service. The role offers a clear path from Trainee to Store Manager, with a Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 AM–5:00 PM) and Saturday half-days.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and travel regionally to various store locations.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom hose assemblies and master hose technology.
• Manage inventory levels, handle parts counter sales, and maintain a brand-consistent facility.
• Provide exceptional customer service and solve problems for Colliflower customers.
