Job summary

Colliflower Inc. in Frederick, MD is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead operations and grow into a Store Manager role. You’ll be on the front lines, learning the technical craft and the day-to-day grit of running a Colliflower store.

The program offers hands-on training in fluid connector technology, a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturday hours, and a clear path to advancement as the company expands across the East Coast.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to lift up to 150 lbs and travel regionally.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transport and a HS diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Technical Mastery: Fabricate custom hose assemblies and become a trusted expert in hose technology.
• Store Operations: Manage inventory, handle parts counter sales, maintain a brand-consistent facility.
• Customer Excellence: Solve complex problems for customers, ensuring every contact with Colliflower is a win.
