Job summary

Colliflower Inc. is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to join our team. The role involves learning store operations, customer service excellence, inventory, sales, and facility management under the guidance of the Store Manager.

Training will take place across different store and hub locations to meet developmental needs. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with local travel and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Mechanical aptitude for hose assembly and equipment handling.
• Solid work ethic with reliability and punctuality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read measurements and understand basic metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and identify product solutions under supervision.
• Assist Store Manager with inventory, stock, and displays.
• Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Support facility maintenance and safety procedures.
• Participate in training programs within three months of start date.
• Promote company products and services to drive sales.
