Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with ability to learn hose technology.
• Strong people skills and professional communication.
• Self-starter able to handle multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; willingness to regional travel.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Master technical work by fabricating hose assemblies and becoming a products expert.
• Manage store operations including inventory, parts counter sales, and maintaining brand consistency.
• Deliver customer-centric solutions and solve problems to ensure positive interactions with Colliflower customers.
