Walgreens is introducing an accelerated Store Manager development program designed to train and promote talented individuals to lead both front-end and pharmacy operations. Participants will complete certifications and participate in rotations across stores to gain hands-on experience.

The program emphasizes leadership, customer experience, and comprehensive operational training, with a structured development plan and ongoing coaching from district leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent retail management experience.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule and relocate within area.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Store Manager, oversees the operation (front-end and pharmacy) of a Walgreens store.
• Supports store operations by shadowing or assisting the Store Manager in leading store throughout the learning journey.
• Complete rigorous, accelerated program including all certifications needed for the Store Manager role.
• Attends and completes classroom learning, online training and on-the-job training; fulfills rotations and learning objectives.
