Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail and management experience.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Willingness to travel between locations for training and divisional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to meet performance targets.
• Communicate responsibilities and expectations to direct reports.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager as needed.
• Interview candidates for store positions and provide recommendations to district manager.
• Manage personnel including advancement/termination decisions.
• Ensure compliance with ALDI policies and external regulations.
• Plan weekly schedules and manage time effectively to achieve KPIs.
• Lead meetings (store team, management reviews) and participate in training sessions.
