Job summary

The position offers an hourly wage from $14.50 to $23.00 plus commission (2–8% of gross profit) and store-performance bonuses. Training, development, and leadership opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in store management or supervision.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor and assist in training staff to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent and source candidates through prescribed channels.
• Open/close store, manage cash, and protect assets.
• Oversee inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
• Analyze store finances and drive profitability.
• Ensure operating standards meet FirstCash requirements.
• Coordinate loan qualifications and buying processes.
• Complete tasks and training for self-development as requested.
• Communicate clearly with employees about mission and goals.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
• Assist as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
