Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience.
• Willingness to work 45+ hours per week; flexible retail scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations with Store Manager.
• Develop and lead store staff to meet performance goals.
• Protect assets and manage inventory, cash handling and reporting.
• Recruit and train team members, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Open and close the store, manage cash drawers and POS procedures.
• Monitor store profitability and implement improvements.
