Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and merchandising best practices.
• Knowledge of cash, safety, and store security policies.

• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to solve problems with limited standardization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities and support store openings/close duties.
• Support store merchandising, staging, stocking, pricing, and fixture use.
• Assist in inventory management, damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and store operations oversight.
• Model company procedures and policies per handbook and SOPs.
• Coordinate opening/closing activities and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure safe deposit of company funds and cashier accountability.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked stores and a safe customer environment.
• Operate the store in the manager’s absence when needed.
• Review operating statements for trends and expenses, identify opportunities.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation on time.
