Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience.
• Willing to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to supervise others and work a flexible retail schedule.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations with the Store Manager to drive profitability.
• Recruit and develop store employees and promote a customer-centric environment.
• Open/close the store, manage cash, inventory, and asset protection.
• Analyze financial statements and ensure store goals are met.
• Monitor loan and merchandise processes and maintain store standards.
