Palm Beach Tan in Colorado is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service. You will complete a required 5-week manager-training course with clear performance metrics.

Starting pay is $18 per hour plus commission and bonus opportunities. Must have 1 year of supervisory experience, the ability to motivate others, and the stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Responsibilities

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
