Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is hiring a Manager in Training (MIT) to support retail store operations while preparing for future leadership opportunities. This hands-on role covers tire and automotive service sales, customer engagement, and operational excellence.

Pay Range: $21.00 - $32.81 per hour. The MIT program is a structured 90-day training with evaluation, training modules, and potential promotion to Store Manager within the same market.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Interest in retail management and willingness to complete required training.
