POSITION: STORE MANAGER
A store manager plans, directs, and controls the operation of the store, supervising all employees to manage production, inventory, merchandising, losses, gross and net profit, and hours of work across all departments. They oversee product ordering, support sales plans, maximize sales, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and collective bargaining agreements (if applicable). The store manager is responsible for hiring, firing, promotions, demotions, and disciplinary actions for all staff.
