Job Overview

The Store Manager leads within the LensCrafters organization, delivering key performance indicators by integrating the Brand Story and ensuring a flawless customer experience.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

1. Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service.
2. Provide training and coaching using company programs.
3. Analyze reports and implement action plans to improve store KPIs such as NPS, sales to plan, customer count, and others.
4. Attract and hire engaged team members to ensure optimal staffing.
5. Partner with the Doctor of Optometry to enhance customer and patient experiences.
6. Oversee operational, inventory, and visual standards to ensure quality service.
7. Maintain safety programs to ensure a safe, fun work environment.

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years management/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of operations, processes, and business implications.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, team management, and communication skills.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with retail technology.
• Ability to manage time effectively under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent.
• State licensure and/or ABO Certification (if applicable).
• Previous retail and customer service experience.
• Knowledge of store merchandise and business tools like LC Dashboard.
