Job summary

LOFT in Plainfield, IN is seeking a Store Manager to lead the customer and associate experiences in our store. You will drive a profitable business by focusing on customer experience, operations, visual standards, and community engagement.

You will coach your team to reach their full potential, ensure a welcoming shopping environment, and use data to develop short- and long-term retail plans. This role requires hands-on leadership across all store activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management and talent development skills.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Strong business acumen with ability to develop strategies to drive results.
• Organizational skills to delegate and meet deadlines.
