LOFT in Louisville, KY is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, coach, and develop talent, drive omnichannel experiences, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role emphasizes hospitality, using technology, and delivering consistent results to elevate the LOFT brand and customer connections.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1+ year of retail management experience.

You’ll bring to the role

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
