LOFT in Chestnut Hill, MA is seeking a Store Manager to lead customer and associate experiences, coach a high-performing team, and drive profitable, inviting shopping in a dynamic omnichannel environment.

You will oversee daily operations, implement brand standards, and foster inclusive store culture while building community partnerships and overseeing budgeting and reporting.

Pay Range: $60,110.00 - $72,130.00 USD
