As a Store Manager, you will empower your team to achieve outstanding operational results while delivering excellent customer service. You will report to the Operations Manager and work on-site 100% of the time in Danville, IN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and profit goals by managing expenses, working capital, inventory, shrinkage, and increasing net contribution.
• Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Lead and motivate staff through training, mentoring, and resolving personnel issues to ensure high employee engagement.
• Stay informed about the local market, operational selling, and customer base.
• Ensure the store's exterior and interior, including merchandising displays, meet standards.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Knowledge of paint and sundries application and use is a plus.
• Flexible working hours, minimum 45 hours/week; valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds infrequently and 40-60 pounds daily.
• Consent to background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle record checks.
