Pandora is seeking a Store Manager who will be the brand ambassador, coaching a team of Assistant Store Managers and Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences and sales results.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, embodying Pandora's culture, driving KPI performance, and developing talent to sustain growth across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of store management experience in a high‑performing selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team, including Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
• Drive store sales and exceed KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and operational excellence across the store.
• Partner with leadership and HR to identify performance issues and opportunities for development.

The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora Fan.
