Pandora is seeking a Store Manager for our Park City location. You will lead a dynamic team on the sales floor, coach assistants and sales associates, and drive exceptional customer experiences while meeting ambitious sales goals.

You will cultivate brand loyalty, manage performance, and ensure smooth operations. A strong candidate brings 3–5 years of leadership in retail, excellent communication, and a keen eye for merchandising and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop exceptional teams.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking with a track record of delivering results.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities
