Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to immerse in our brand, culture, and product while delivering exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor. You will coach a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates to exceed sales goals.

You will build brand loyalty through product knowledge, engaging connections with fans, and timely coaching, while partnering with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance and drive store results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of store management experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Talent magnet with ability to recruit, retain, and develop exceptional teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
