Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Store/Counter Manager in Saint Augustine, FL to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage store operations with a focus on business planning and customer relationship management.

You will coach staff, plan in-store events, and ensure accurate inventory, cash handling, and adherence to company standards in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Inspires authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience in business planning with targets, analysis and scheduling.
• Experience with in-store events and customer relationship management (CRM).
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Familiarity with retail POS software and MS Office.
